Receiving
Once we receive your inventory, we inspect all products. If any products are damaged, we will take photos and promptly email them to you.
AM Prep & Ship is NOT a storage facility. After 2 weeks, you will be notified about any items that we still have. If we still have the items after 1 month, we will start charging a storage fee ($.20 per item per month). If the items are still with us after 3 months, we reserve the right to remove or discard items as we see fit.
Prepping
Your items are then prepped and labeled for shipping according to Amazon guidelines.
Shipping
A shipping plan is prepared either by us or you. Then the products are boxed, labeled, and shipped.
